Virtual Consultations Policy

For Pennsylvania Residents

We offer virtual appointments for both initial and follow-up consultations for patients who are not able to come in physically. Virtual visits are conducted via Zoom.

Zoom is video conferencing software that can be accessed by clicking a link (sent to you via email) through your laptop, ipad, iphone and/or android. A Telemedicine Consent Form needs to be completed and sent along with your Intake Forms prior to the initial virtual consultation.

If you plan to pay for your initial or follow-up consultations via check then, you can mail a check made payable to Functional Holistic Healing or Dr. Nadia Ali prior to your appointment. If you plan to pay by credit card, you can do so via phone on the day of the consultation. There is a 5% processing fee, if you plan to pay via a credit/debit card.

For Non-Pennsylvania Residents

We offer virtual appointments for follow-up consultations for patients who are not able to come in physically. Virtual visits are conducted via Zoom. Initial consultation needs to be in person. We also expect that you are seen in person at least once a year.

If you plan to pay for your follow-up consultations via check then, you can mail a check made payable to Functional Holistic Healing or Dr. Nadia Ali prior to your appointment. If you plan to pay by credit card, you can do so via phone on the day of the consultation. There is a 5% processing fee, if you plan to pay via a credit/debit card
